Shipping policy
When will my order be shipped?
All orders are carefully prepared within 2-3 business days before they are shipped. During high-volume periods or holidays, expect processing times within 6-7 business days.
If we need to confirm any order details, we’ll contact you via email or phone. Delays may occur if we don’t receive a response.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be emailed to you so you can monitor delivery progress. Tracking is included with all shipping options unless specified by the customer.
Once your parcel has been collected by the courier, responsibility transfers to you and the courier service. We are not responsible for parcels that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit once tracking confirms pickup or delivery.
What happens if my parcel fails to deliver?
If a delivery can’t be completed (e.g. No one is home or the location is inaccessible), the driver will leave a collection card with instructions and you’ll typically receive an email notification if an email address is provided.
Your parcel will then be taken to a secure local collection point, usually a partnering newsagency or convenience store. You usually have five business days to pick it up.
If it’s not collected in time, the parcel will be returned to the sender. You can also arrange a redelivery using the information on your collection card or the tracking page — typically one redelivery attempt is allowed.
If your parcel is returned and requires a redelivery, this may incur an additional postage fee.
For international orders, do I need to pay custom duties or taxes?
United States (USA)
All applicable duties and tariffs for USA orders are calculated at checkout and included in the shipping cost. There are no additional fees required upon delivery.
All Other Countries
For destinations outside the USA, prices do not include customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees. We recommend checking with your local customs authority if unsure.
These charges:
- Are determined by the destination country
- Are outside of our control
What happens if I refuse to pay custom duties or taxes?
If duties or taxes are unpaid or refused, customs authorities may hold, return, or dispose of the shipment.
If the parcel is returned to us:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping and handling fees may be deducted from any refund
- Refunds (if applicable) will only be processed once the parcel is received back in original condition
